Overall an ok place to stay.
The cleanliness was quite disappointing . I noticed several areas in the room that were not cleaned properly, including dirt and hair between the mattress and the wall. I found trash and toe nail clippings on the floor, unacceptable. I reported these issues but reminded me of they were brushed aside, leading to an overall frustrating experience.

Loved every detail about our really great 1 night stay here. The hotel's position was particularly good, on we-35. And we were not far from Williams. The stuff was helpful throughout our stay.

Absolutely shocked! The room I was given had dirt, hair, and food crumbs between the mattress and the wall, definetely not my idea of clean. I also dealt with stubborn staff who wouldn't honor my request to cancel one room out of my three. I almost left a good review, but I just couldn't, because this is unacceptable.
